REFUND POLICY

General policy. Diamond purchases are non-refundable. Diamonds are a digital currency consumed in real time — each choice triggers AI generation that costs us money the moment you click. We cannot undo that.

Exceptions. If something genuinely went wrong — a payment was charged but diamonds never appeared, a technical error ate your balance, or you were charged twice — reach out. I'll look into it personally and make it right.

What doesn't qualify. Not liking how a story turned out, running out of diamonds faster than expected, or choosing to end a session early. The AI wrote what you asked it to write. That's the product working.

How to request. Email g@relive-life.com with your account email or guest ID and a description of what happened. I'll respond within 48 hours.

Timeframe. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
